Maligne Glacial Clay Cleansing Bar

By L'Anse

Inspired by the vibrant blue-green water from glacial run-off.

Scent Profile: Very light and mild, fruity and herbaceous.

This marine soap is infused with rare minerals and micro-nutrients from glacial silt and marine phyto plankton. Canadian colloidal glacial clay is one of the purest clays on the planet which is hand-harvested and solar dried in a remote area in British Columbia. Used for improving circulation, it gently exfoliates to remove dead skin cells. Soothing Moroccan chamomile is highly prized for its potent anti-inflammatory properties. Perfect for eczema and psoriasis-prone skin.

Why we love it:

  • Perfect for soothing and healing sensitive skin
  • Rich in minerals for spa-like gentle cleansing and exfoliation

How to Use:

Lather with water and apply suds to face and/or body. Rinse. For best results and to extend the life of your soap, store on a self draining soap dish. Do not allow your soap to pool in water, this can melt your soap prematurely.

Olea Europea (Olive) Fruit Oil | Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil* | Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter* | Canadian Colliodal Glacial Marine Clay | Tanacetum Annuum (Moroccan Blue Chamomile) | Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)°

°Lye is used in cold-processed handmade artisan soap to create saponification. It is responsible for the chemical reaction that turns the oils in the recipe into a lathering bliss. No lye remains in the final product. ‘Superfatting’ is a soap insurance policy making sure that all of the lye in the recipe has been turned into soap leaving none leftover. The degree of superfatting in combination with the chosen oils determines how moisturizing the soap will be.

Zero-waste (post consumer recycled + 100% compostable).
